		<description>Anything is better than what is in place now, which amounts to a pile of lawsuits by trigger happy attorneys. There's been a big "do not disturb" sign regarding work comp access on Louisiana for awhile now. 
I'm really glad to hear that their are some legislators that want change. I read through the bill and think that overall it will be great for the state of Louisiana and for some of us in managed care that have done business there through PPO provider access in years past.</description>
